The Ballot and Scrutiny Committee commenced in 1928. Convenors were Rev D Dow; 1933 Rev F Robinson; 1935 Rev AJ Stewart; 1944 Rev SC Hadley; Mr JC Macgibbon; 1951 Mr JC Macgibbon; 1957 Rev G Nathan; 1958-1976 Rev W Morgan. Ballot committee recommenced in 1982 with convenors: Rev KG Hamill;
