Biography
Created in 1904 as the Architectural Committee convened by Rev GH Balfour. From
1977 to 2008 its functions were performed and reported on by the Home Mission Committee.
In 2008 recommenced as the Architectural Committee until 2010 when the name was changed to Building and Property Committee.
