The General Mission Programme Committee commenced in 1999. This Committee followed the Budget Formulation General Mission Programme (and Oversight) Committee which commenced in 1972 but was dissolved in 1999 and the Board of Investment and Finance was requested to take over some of their functions.
This committee consisted of: Convener plus six members and conveners of the APWM (Vic), Christian Education and Nurture, Church and Nation, Health and Community Chaplaincy, Home Mission, State News, Theological Education Committees
Convenors were 1999-2000 Mr C Morrow; 2001-2002 Dr J Woodward; 2003-2011 Mr I Bramley; 2012-2014 Elder Mr N Sharp This committee was dissolved in 2015 and the Board of Investment and Finance was requested to take over their functions (min 112).
