The Change or Suppression (Conversion) Practices Prohibition Act (2021) Committee was formed in 2022 and is required to provide training to the members of the PCV regarding bearing Christian witness in the context of the Change or Suppression (Conversion) Practices Prohibition Act 2021 (the Act), to monitor the implementation and operation of the Act and report to the General Assembly on matters relevant to the implementation and operation of the Act.
Since the 2022 General Assembly the membership has been four members of the General Assembly, including a convener, appointed by the General Assembly; the Moderator, the Assembly Clerk and the Convener of the Church and Nation Committee.
