The Clerkship Review Committee was formed in 2006 consisting of the Moderator (convener), the Law Agent, the convener of the Business Committee, the convener of the Maintenance of the Ministry Committee, the chairman of the Board of Investment and Finance and the two immediate past moderators who's role will be to review the roles and specific duties of the Clerk, and the performance of the Clerk during his time in office
