Malcolm McQueen, a son of the Manse, brought to his ministry the insights and abilities that were the fruit of long and constant nurture in the Church. He was a good scholar, an able thoughtful preacher, and a wise pastor.
He was one who could move among all men, retaining at all times the common touch, thus encouraging confidence and respect. He celebrated the Jubilee of his Ordination in August of the year of his death.
For this long and effective ministry the Assembly give thanks to God, and convey their sympathy to Mrs, McQueen and his daughter and two sons who survive him.
