The Reverend Arthur H. Michell was a minister with a true sense of vocation and singleness of purpose. He was painstaking in his preparation for his pulpit so that his preaching was always thoughtful and penetrating. He was a faithful pastor and had a deep concern for people, particularly those who were in need. He fulfilled with faithfulness his commitment to the greater Church and attended its courts regularly; accepting the responsibilities placed upon him, and giving always of his best.

He was a man loved by his people; he found a real place within the brotherhood of The Ministry.

The Church gives thanks to God for his life and service and commends his wife and family to the all sufficient Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.
