Robert Henry Noack was a man of strong convictions that made his ministry both quiet and resourceful. He won his way into the affections of his people because of his concern for them in all his ministry. He was a thoughtful preacher and one who had the courage to seek to make plain the difficult issues of The Faith. He served the Wider Church on its committees and particularly as a faithful member of Presbytery. He gave fine service as Presbytery Clerk in two presbyteries where his businesslike precision was marked and appreciated.
The Assembly gives thanks to God for his life and ministry and commends Mrs. Noack and their son and daughter to the continuing consolation of the Spirit.
