The Rev. G.F.G. Kerry, minister of North Balwyn, died on the 1st.April 1969.

The Rev. G.F.G. Kerry came from New South Wales in 1959 to become minister of St.Stephen's Church, Caulfield where he exercised a fine ministry. He was called to St.Aiden’s, North Balwyn in 1967.

The Rev. G.F.G. Kerry was a true Minister of the Gospel and a faithful pastor to his people. He had an acute sensitivity to the needs of people and spent himself untiringly in their service.

He was, too, a most conscientious presbyter, taking his full part in the work of Presbytery and Assembly. He served as convener of the Assembly’s Immigration Committee and was also chairman of the Board of Education, as well as an active member of other committees, including Stewardship and Promotion.

The Victorian Church has been greatly enriched by his ministry and his selfless service.
